If the fit is off

• If the size is wrongstart a return or exchange from your orders page at the partner store. Their return window and conditions apply.
• If a pack arrives damagedreport it through the same orders page, with a photo if you can. The store arranges the replacement or refund.
• If you are unsure about a size before buyingwrite to us first. We will happily talk measurements — it saves a return.
• If a pair has been worn or washedcheck the store's policy for underwear and swimwear; hygiene rules there decide what can go back.

Refunds are issued by the store to your original payment method. We cannot process returns from this site.
