How the backup pair works

Use YOYI FASHION period briefs together with menstrual pads, cups or tampons

  1. Wear it with what you already use

    Our period underwear is extra protection. Put in your pad, tampon or cup as usual, then pull the pair on over it.

  2. The lining does the catching

    A water-resistant lining runs from the front to the back of the brief, so an overflow meets fabric before it meets your clothes or your sheets.

  3. Rinse, wash, air dry

    Machine wash or hand wash, then hang the pair to dry. Keep it out of the tumble dryer — heat is hard on the lining.

For your style

A backup does not have to look like one. Our jacquard briefs come in lotus, violet, nude, blue and black, and every pack mixes the colours so there is one for each day.

YOYI FASHION is a clothing brand that focuses on women's fashion underwear. Our period panties guard against leaks with a water-resistant lining that covers the brief from front to back. They are made to be worn together with a pad, a tampon or a cup: the product you already trust does its job, and our brief is there if something gets past it.

The jacquard period briefs are our best-known pair. The outer fabric is a nylon and spandex knit with a woven floral pattern, the lining is viscose and cotton, and the rise sits at the middle of the waist. They run from XXS to 5XL and come in packs of three, four or five. The bamboo viscose period briefs are the plain, seamless-feeling option in the same idea, sold as a five pack.

For younger wearers we cut a teen period underwear line for ages 8 to 16, with size steps by hip measurement and a printed YOYI FASHION waistband. For the pool there are period swim bikini bottoms with a four-layer gusset and a period one piece swimsuit, both in nylon and spandex that dries quickly.

Away from period days, our cotton underwear is simple: 95% cotton, 5% spandex, in string bikini, thong and G-string cuts, packed five or six to a bag.
